We offer lots of different pricing structures to suit our client’s needs from prices per hour, monthly packages or one-off project fees. There are no long-term contract ties, offering clients the flexibility to increase or decrease as required.
Only pay for the support you need when you need it.

We understand that every client’s needs and budgets are different, that is why we like to take the time to really understand the support you need. We will have an initial telephone or video call or face to face meeting, which we will then follow up with a personalised proposal.
How the process works
- You send your enquiry via the website.
- We will then arrange a telephone or video call to discuss the support and services you require. We will discuss all the details of support, hours required, and skill sets needed from one of our VA’s.
- A detailed proposal and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is issued to you for signature.
- We then give you the option to meet your VA face to face or via video call as an introduction.
- In the first two months we will create a log of all tasks carried out and the time they took. All work produced will be monitored to make sure a high standard is kept.
- After the training phase is complete and support is established, we will discuss set retained hours going forward to allow you to budget.
- If at any time you need to increase or decrease the hours of your VA, we are completely flexible.
