No. Our services are flexible and changeable.
It’s simple. Just drop us an email to WorkBalanceVA@outlook.com (need proper business email address) and we will do the rest. We just ask for 30 days’ notice so we can sort out the finer details that go on behind the scenes.
Your hours are reset each month, therefore cannot be rolled over. Your VA will work to ensure the hours purchased are used productively. We will also be monitoring usage and review this regularly to ensure you are allocated to the correct plan/hours. Should your support requirements change we ask for 30 days’ notice
We have a ‘buddy’ system in place for our clients if required, so your VAs Buddy can step in and support you if your designated VA is sick or on holiday. Offering this service means you get all year-round support if you need it.
We find out about you, your business and what kind of support you need. We then look at the skills available within our team of VAs and suggest a couple of candidates you to choose from. You have the option of speaking to your VA by phone or video call if required.
We know all clients needs will vary and our pricing depends on the level of support you need.

We produce a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and ask for this to be signed electronically between yourself and Work Balance VAs. Confidentiality terms are also written into our contracts, the support teams’ contracts, and an NDA that they must sign to work with us and our clients.
